Recall Colours

A new menu item 'Recall Colours' can be found on the Sales Pipeline Management, Utilities menu. Upon selection this option allows for recall colours to be defined for todays and overdue recalls.

Recalls

A new menu item 'Recalls' can be found on the Sales Pipeline Management, Tasks menu. Upon selection the following user definable options are available:

• User; defaulted to current Opera User and may be changed; user may also select 'ALL'
• Date; defaulted to current Opera system date and may be changed by the user
• Opportunity Type; defaulted to 'ALL' and may be changed by the user

The below grid will automatically refresh if any of the above options are changed. Initially the grid will display all WIP opportunities for the current Opera user where the next chase date is on or before the current Opera system date. Changing the above options will re-extract the data based on the new criteria.

The following information will be displayed:

• Opportunity Number
• Company Name
• Opportunity Description
• Sales Stage Description
• From Quotes Value
• Forecasted Close
• Next Chase
• Opportunity Contact Name
• Opportunity Contact Number

Each column in the grid can be sorted. The default order will be the next chase date ascending. Double clicking a record in the grid launches the Sales Opportunities form for the selected opportunity.

Overdue calls and calls today will be highlighted in the colours as defined within Sales Pipeline Management, Utilities.

The 'Print' button will enable the user to print the information displayed in the grid. A sample report design is provided.
